Return & Refund Policy

At Avioniles, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at avioniles@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Personal care products that have been opened

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at avioniles@gmail.com.
